Powers: The Cadre are triplet siblings of the dark bloodline known as the Hellbent. They are the children of Spike and a human woman.

Vortex is an air-manipulator able to bend wind currents in his environment. He can create gale-force winds to knock his opponents backwards or redirect flying objects. He can also use his winds to fly, and create a defensive windshield to deflect attacks from reaching him.

Dementia generates a psionic distortion which has various effects on people nearby. She can stimulate feelings of nausea and vertigo in others, or bend their perceptions so that they see her standing slightly off-center from where she actually is, or even behind them. She can also create reality-warping hallucinations in people that further disrupt their ability to function properly. Her power can induce intense paranoia in others, causing rioting and mob violence in her general vicinity. By concentrating, Tia can localize her power to cause specific effects to specific people, thus protecting her brothers from her power, and inducing simple illusions on one person's perceptions alone. The effects of her power increase as a target gets closer to her, and are boosted exponentially when someone comes into direct contact with her.

Shard has superhuman strength and an armor-like reinforced skin that protects him from harm. He also grows hundreds of razor sharp spikes over his skin, which can be extended from short spurs into longer and thicker spikes in various patterns. The spikes can also be launched as high-speed projectiles.
