Real Name: Todd Hunter

First Appearance: The Incredible Hulk Annual (Vol. 1) #19, August 1993

Powers: Todd Hunter, CEO and owner of Pantheon dummy corporation Hunter Technologies, was murdered in a scheme orchestrated by his wife and her lover. Hunter made a deal with the demon Satannish to return to the physical plane for revenge. He is entirely encased in spiky metallic armor, with razor sharp finger talons and an odd collection of squirming organic barbs and tentacles on his back.

His primary ability was telekinesis, generally focused by animated energy coils he projected from his hands. Using his telekinesis, Lazarus could fly at high speeds, levitate and throw about tons of solid matter, strike objects with considerable concussive or explosive force, and even animate unliving materials, gathering together masses of scrap metal into a giant hand and a head which could communicate by speaking through controlled metal grinding. For some reason, his telekinesis was much less effective against living matter.
