Real Name: Orlando Sinclair
First Appearance: Wonder Man Annual (Vol. 1) #2, July 1993
Powers: Orlando Sinclair was paralyzed and rendered a quadriplegic when a bullet hit his spine. He employed a modified version of Rampage's power-suit as an exoskeleton to restore his mobility and enhance his physical prowess. Hitmaker's suit gives him superhuman strength (Class 20), speed, agility, endurance, reflexes, and greater resistance to physical injury in the areas of his body covered by it.
