Powers: Random’s mutation is that his entire body is composed of protoplasmic material that responds to his mental commands. He can dissolve entirely into a formless puddle, render his body selectively permeable to pass through barriers (such as a chain-link fence), and expand his mass to a certain degree in order to enhance his stature, musculature, and strength.

He can use his mutant abilities in two unique ways: First, he can reshape his forearms into powerful organic blasters. He transforms his arms into three-barrel cannons which fire off high-velocity ammunition made of hardened protoplasm of his own body and continuously regenerates as he uses it. Second, his body automatically changes its shape and form to counteract any force or superhuman ability used against him within a 5-yard radius. He can open holes straight through any part of his body without incident and shut down his nerve endings to feel no pain. If attacked psionically, he can manifest mental dampeners. If he is attacked with magnetic repulsion fields, he can generate a magnetic attraction field. Or if he is attacked by a cyclone, he generates a second cyclone spinning with equal and opposite velocity to negate the other one. Or if attacked by an animal creature, he can disorient it by generating a high-pitched whistle.
