Powers: Solo is a highly trained anti-terrorist who uses a wide range of weapons including fragmentary grenades, smoke bombs, automatic and semi-automatic guns, pistols, swords, and daggers. He has been implanted with a bio-chip that enables him to convert into energy and teleport himself and anything in his vicinity from one location to another. He has a finite supply of transit energy, and must recharge his internal batteries between each jump, with the amount of time needed to recharge presumably dependent on the distance he travels with each jump.
