LIAN SHEN
Real Name: Lian Shen
First Appearance: The Uncanny X-Men (Vol. 1) #253, November 1989
Powers: No superhuman powers. Lian Shen is a baseline human physician who fell under the control of the mutant telepath known as the Shadow King. He employs a method of unleashing his victims' darker sides, making them corrupted and less restrained and therefore more inclined to accept his mental domination willingly. As a result, Dr. Shen has lost her moral integrity and many of her inhibitions.
Dr. Lian Shen holds a medical doctorate degree. A gifted intellect and certified paramedic, she specializes in emergency medical services.

She came under the Shadow King's control when he had the freshly-dead body of FBI agent Jacob Reisz as his host. Taking a physician under his control was smart since she helped maintain the body's composition and functions despite it being dead.
I love her transformation. From meek, bestacled Asian doctor who has her dark passion and repressed ardor ignited into meaner, sexualized version of herself.
