Powers: Plazm’s mutation was that his body was apparently composed entirely out of a fluid substance, held together by a containment suit. The fluid he was composed of seemed capable of manipulating the metabolic functions of other people, such as when he triggered a burst of euphoria in Gin Genie. It could also be used to burst people apart from the inside, possibly by causing a dramatic upset in the stability of their system. Plazm was capable of flight and could expel his fluid substance as concentrated streams from his hands, meaning it was most likely self-regenerating to some degree.
