Powers: Overlay possessed the mutant ability to psionically convert the primal characteristics of any animal into a radiant psychic effect that manipulated the behavior of others around him. He could then imprint those primal characteristics onto any mammal in his proximity, causing them to think and behave as another creature would. For example, he once made an intruder (Sage) act like his pet rat.
