Powers: Dr. Kavita Rao is a baseline human with no superhuman powers. She is a brilliant intellect who holds Ph.D.’s in biochemistry and mutant genetics. She is an expert in both fields, has vast knowledge of both cloning and bioengineering, and is a capable physician. Her natural passion for knowledge and talent for hypotheses make it easy for her to work in scientific fields outside of her sphere of expertise.
