Powers: Shatter's mutation has reconstituted his entire body out of a rock-like crystallized form, making him considerably more resistant to pain and injury. He has blackened skin, iridescent eyes, dampened nerve centers, a hyper-reconstructive power which allowed him to survive serious amounts of damage or loss of his body mass. It also allowed him to regrow missing limbs and regenerate it slowly over time. Shatter could also psionically "freeze" liquids, crystallizing them into a solid, but often brittle, state.
