Powers: Stacy-X’s mutation gives her orange, scaly-like skin and yellow eyes. Her mutant power is pheromone control. She produces pheromones as chemical signals through physical contact that grant her complete control over a person’s body chemistry. By touching someone, she could trigger a variety of biological reactions in them such as intense arousal, euphoria, orgasms, vomiting, and bowel malfunction. She was also capable of visually perceiving the flow of pheromones between people, enabling her to detect when one person was physically attracted to another by the sudden rise and activity of their pheromone emissions.

After losing her powers on M-Day, she joined the New Warriors as Ripcord. As Ripcord, she wore a powered costume using technology reverse-engineered from Constrictor, Slyde, Leap-Frog, Black Widow, and the Scarlet Spider. Micro-suction cups woven into her boots and gloves can be activated with a mild electrical charge, allowing her to cling to solid objects and scale walls and ceilings. The soles of her boots also contain spring-coils that enable her to leap over 20 feet at a time. Most of her costume is covered with a friction-less chemical gel, cutting down on air resistance and making very difficult to grab or strike her. She wears modified web-shooters on her wrists which can fire off web lines, and also uses retractable cybernetically controlled coils that generate a high-voltage electrical current on contact.

Like all members of the New Warriors, Ripcord had a utility belt with cartridges containing Pym Particles for reducing opponents down to size or impact webbing for quickly wrapping up and restraining felons. Her suit can also generate an anti-gravity platform for flight and propulsion; and contains a "Ghost Mode" that renders her intangible and utterly unaffected by physical assaults. Since regaining her powers after joining the mutant island nation of Krakoa, Stacy-X has honed her powers so she can bodily generate and emit airborne pheromones instead of having to activate her powers via physical contact.

Miranda Leevald is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant with martial arts training and is well-versed in the art of seduction.
