Real Name: Paulie Provenzano

Powers: Paulie Provenzano's mutant ability involved having an unyielding molecular structure, granting him some form of selective invulnerability which rendered him physically impervious to many forms of harm, as well as leaving him capable of exerting superhuman amounts of force and pressure. He could withstand bomb blasts, high-velocity bullets, and even Magneto's electromagnetic assault on the iron in his blood.
Oddly enough, a hundred rapid blows from Northstar did cause him to bleed, so there may have been some other factor involved in his power besides simple durability.

He was born and raised in a Brooklyn neighborhood, went to the Marines where he discovered his mutant power.
So when discharged, he tried to muscle out his neighborhood mafia chieftain when Jean Grey recruited him as part of her makeshift X-Men team, where he is mostly known for his homophobia towards Northstar.
In retrospect, Paulie Provenzano was a precursor to “Jersey Shore”. He was captured by the Weapon X program and then sent to their Neverland facility. His powers were deemed useless, so he was sent to die with other mutants in a gas chamber. He was resurrected on Krakoa and is in a relationship with Stinger (Wendy Sherman) with whom he has a child.
