Real Name: William Hanover
First Appearance: New X-Men (Vol. 1) #140, June 2003
Powers: Longneck is a mutant with a superhuman cervical vertebrae with the sole outward sign of his mutation being an elongated neck. Presumably, his neck muscles were enhanced to support the weight of his skull and had a certain degree of enhanced flexibility as well.

I needed something more Marvel Handbook-ish.
