First Appearance: X-Men (Vol. 2) #99, April 2000
Powers: Domina is a member of the mutant subspecies known as the Neo. Like all of the Neo, she seemed to naturally possess some greater level of physical prowess than humans and mutants, making her at least a peak human in terms of strength, speed, agility, endurance, reaction time, and durability. As the leader of her Warclan, Domina can summon and command all the mutant powers of the Neo under her command. Domina's personal mutant ability seemed to be the power to generate golden lines of energy, which she could use as tangible grapples or ropes. It's possible she could manipulate this energy into other shapes as well.
