Real Name: Lois London

First Appearance: Dazzler (Vol. 1) #21, November 1982

Powers: Lois London's mutant power is to generate light, heat, and and undisclosed form of lethal energy that can cause various forms of unstable molecular transformations on contact. Traditionally, her power was focused through her hands and produced a crackling energy along with black smoke. Only a few instances of her using her powers were recorded, but each use against living beings quickly resulted in death. One man experienced intense agony and difficult breathing for several seconds before his heart gave out. A small cat stiffened after a series of convulsions and stopping breathing. An analysis taken of the cat several hours later showed it was still warm, despite its death. Lois could also affect inanimate materials, such as when she liquefied an ashtray. The full scope of her powers hasn't been explained yet, but the energy does not appear in photographs.
