Real Name: Hobie Brown

Powers: Hobie Brown is a baseline human with no superhuman powers. He was a self-taught inventor originally working on ideas for improving high-wire window washing work. An expert in pneumatics, he incorporated the pneumatic propulsion devices intended for window washing into his Prowler costume.

His costume is equipped with steel-tipped claws on his fingertips, usable as weapons or to dig into solid surfaces to enable him to scale walls. His boots are specially-ridged for climbing and padded to absorb impact, while his cape is lined with adaptive filaments that allow him to glide for short distances with it. Pneumatic-shooters on his wrist braces can fire highly compressed bursts of air, or use the air pressure to launch small projectiles, such as steel fletchettes, explosive charges, magnesium flares, lubricant, mace, smoke pellets, and so on.
