Powers: Fatale is a mutant and has a number of different and varied powers, many of which may come from genetic engineering the Dark Beast performed on her. She can bend light, space and form around herself, giving her the ability to become invisible at will, fading into the background. She can also teleport, either by disappearing in a burst of energy or generating a portal through which she or other people and objects can travel.

Fatale is capable of altering her physical appearance to mimic other human forms, but whether this is a form of illusion-casting or shape-changing is unclear. In addition, she uses handheld and gauntlet mounted plasma weapons, and a retractable spike that extends from her sleeve, tipped with a fast-acting narcotic drug.

Powers: The Sugar Man is a mutant with several highly abnormal mutations. He is larger and stronger than an average human and, instead of a head, his face is enormous and grows directly out of his front chest. He also has four arms, and a prehensile tongue that extends to great length and has unusual properties: It is razor sharp and strong enough to penetrate reinforced cybernetic skin, and can somehow damage beings existing in a gaseous state. The Sugar Man also seems to have a superhuman sense of smell, and possibly hearing as well. Finally, he has an unclassified healing power, the mechanics of which are vague at best. He was once nearly killed by being beaten until he was nothing more than pulp. However, a tiny Sugar Man (no more than a foot tall) climbed out of the corpse, and later grew back to his normal size.

Real Name: Marshall Evan Stone, III

Powers: Random’s mutation is that his entire body is composed of protoplasmic material that responds to his mental commands. He can dissolve entirely into a formless puddle, render his body selectively permeable to pass through barriers (such as a chain-link fence), and expand his mass to a certain degree in order to enhance his stature, musculature, and strength.

He can use his mutant abilities in two unique ways: First, he can reshape his forearms into powerful organic blasters. He transforms his arms into three-barrel cannons which fire off high-velocity ammunition made of hardened protoplasm of his own body and continuously regenerates as he uses it. Second, his body automatically changes its shape and form to counteract any force or superhuman ability used against him within a 5-yard radius. He can open holes straight through any part of his body without incident and shut down his nerve endings to feel no pain. If attacked psionically, he can manifest mental dampeners. If he is attacked with magnetic repulsion fields, he can generate a magnetic attraction field. Or if he is attacked by a cyclone, he generates a second cyclone spinning with equal and opposite velocity to negate the other one. Or if attacked by an animal creature, he can disorient it by generating a high-pitched whistle.
