History and Powers: The Chalker family were a trio of siblings (sources vary, however they may possibly be cousins instead, or both). Despite Carnivore being a mutant, all three men were fanatically anti-mutant and, even before their temporary resurrection at the hands of Satannish, all met their deaths in cartoonishly slapstick fashion.

Vic Chalker developed a suit based on the Rampage armor. It was an exoskeletal suit which enhanced his strength (presumably up to Class 25) and reflexes. It was also reinforced armor plating with focused on-board laser cannons and boot rockets for flight capacity. His suit was not waterproof, however.

Number One Fan had his hands surgically replaced with propeller blades. They were bionic gauntlets acting as whirling, razor-edged fan blades capable of slicing through most forms of matter. The replacement of his hands left him unable to perform everyday tasks and, had he not suffered a premature freak death, would be dependent on others to perform those tasks for him.

Carnivore was a mutant with a saurian mutation. He had humanoid dinosaurian physical characteristics which served to augment his size, strength, stamina, reflexes, senses, and durability. He also possessed a semi-prehensile tail, razor sharp talons, and fangs.

ALBERT & ELSIE-DEE

 

ALBERT & ELSIE-DEE

Real Names: Inapplicable

First Appearance: Wolverine (Vol. 2) #37, March 1991

Powers: Albert and Elsie-Dee are a pair of androids built by Reavers leader Donald Pierce using some components from Spiral’s Body Shoppe. Pierce modeled the initially unnamed ''Albert'' after Wolverine himself in an attempt to catch his target's attention. Elsie-Dee was modeled after a 5-year-old girl, even imbued with the emotional and behavioral traits of a small child. Every part of Elsie-Dee's body that was not computer, battery, motor or frame, Pierce constructed out of plastic explosives. Elsie-Dee's primary directive was to latch onto the real Wolverine as soon as she saw him and detonate. To prevent her sense of self-preservation from overriding her own programming, Pierce intended to halt her logical development once it reached the 5-year-old level, thus preventing her from cracking her own code. However, due to an oversight in her development, Elsie-Dee's logical programming was allowed to advance far beyond the level of a child. Unbeknownst to Pierce, this mistake granted her maximum logical capacity.

Albert is a synthetic Wolverine android possessing superhuman strength, moly-steel laminate skeleton and retractable claws, highly-advanced logistic and tactical systems, cyberjack interface for modem access, Kevlar-reinforced skin, and wide-spectrum scanning sensors.

Elsie-Dee is an android powered by a strange matter reactor and possessing enhanced strength and reflexes, highly-advanced logistic systems and intelligence, night vision, and radio transmitters to communicate with Albert and let her head remotely direct her body. Her original body was a walking bomb packed with C-13 plastic explosives in every available inch.

DONALD PIERCE

 

DONALD PIERCE

Real Name: Donald Pierce

First Appearance: The Uncanny X-Men (Vol. 1) #132, April 1980

Powers: Formerly the White King of the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle, Donald Pierce is a cyborg who has been rebuilt repeatedly throughout the years. Initially, he was a human injured by the mutant cyborg Cable, necessitating his four bionic limbs and requisite reinforcement to his spine. Now, Pierce is now clearly nothing more than a mechanical humanoid commanded by the still-organic brain built inside his metal skull casing. He employs synth-organic flesh to disguise himself as an outwardly normal human being. Initially, Pierce's powers were almost exclusively physical: Superhuman increases to his strength (Class 10), speed, endurance, reaction time, and ability to withstand punishment. He was also capable of conducting an electrical charge through his hands in order to incapacitate an opponent. He has been upgraded numerous times since then, though, especially after Trevor Fitzroy and his Sentinels devastated the Reavers.

Among his newer capabilities are flight jets in his boots and integrated electromagnetic plasma blasters due to Cable's technology he appropriated, and later still a morphing quality in his metallic hands that gave him multiple abilities, including firing mini-missiles filled with specially tailored combat nanites (to attack and disable particular mutants and their abilities) and extending his fingers into blades, charging them with electrical energy, or extending mono-molecular energy lashes from his fingertips which can cut through virtually anything.

Donald Pierce was born into a wealthy family who made their fortune decades ago by capitalizing on the trade of cotton, rum, and slaves during the 19th century. Investing his money in the mining industry, he created the Pierce-Consolidated Mining Company. As the company's CEO and principal shareholder, he generated even more revenue and wealth. He held graduate degrees in business administration and geological engineering and was an accomplished strategist and business administrator. Donald Pierce was also a genius with electronics, able to create deadly robots with personalities and offensive weaponry, and able to cybernetically enhance biological entities with electronic components.
